2) we allow you to check your parcel at your doorstep but in the supervision of our rider.
3) you can request your return/cashback within 24 hours from the time your parcel was delivered, after this time period expires we won't accept any returns.
4) at the time of return the rider would check the item to ensure that the items ar

e not used or damaged. in case of damage, the parcel will not be accepted.
5) delivery time is 2-3 working days for KARACHI and 10-12 working days for out-of-city parcels.
