RECIPE: BBQ Singaporean Rice
SERVES: 3-4 log | TIME: 35 min
INGREDIENTS:
[BBQ Chicken]
- 300g boneless chicken cubes
- 2 tbsp dahi
- 3 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Namak & kali mirch taste ke hisaab se
[Rice & Veggies]
- 2 cup basmati chawal (80% boiled)
- 1 pyaz sliced
- 1 capsicum sliced
- 1 gajar julienne
- 1/2 cup band gobi shredded
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp sirka
- 1 tsp kali mirch
- 2 tbsp oil
METHOD:
1. Chicken ko dahi, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, namak, mirch me 20 min marinate karo. Phir high flame par grill/fry kar ke side rakh do.
2. Wok me oil garam karo, high flame par pyaz, capsicum, gajar, band gobi 2-3 min stir fry karo. Crunchy rehni chahiye.
3. Soy sauce, chilli sauce, sirka, kali mirch dalo aur 30 sec toss karo.
4. Boiled chawal dalo, high flame par 2 min toss karo taake smoky flavor aaye.
5. BBQ chicken add karo, halke haath se mix karo. Upar se spring onion se garnish karo.
SERVE: Garam garam chili garlic sauce ke saath.
