Rice 2cups
Salt 2tsp
Chicken powder 1tsp
Cloves 10
Green cardamom 5
Black pepper corns 5
Green chilli 2-3

McDonald’s chicken Nuggets
For the mince:
Chicken mince 300g
Salt 3/4tsp
Pepper 1/2tsp
Mix them together. Shape them. Put them in the freezer to set.
For the batter:
Flour 1/2 cup
Cornflour 1/4 cup
Salt 1tsp
Pepper 1/2tsp
Mustard powder 1/2tsp
Baking soda 1/4tsp
Egg 1
Cold water
Combine all these ingredients to form a thick batter. Coat the nuggets in flour first, then in this batter. Fry. Enjoy.
