ایک عام گھر بنانے پر آج کل کم از کم پچاس ساٹھ لاکھ روپے، اور کبھی کبھار کروڑوں تک لاگت آتی ہے۔

سوال:-
ہم نے پلاٹ لیا۔ اس کی بنیادیں پرانے مالک نے عرصہ پہلے سے بنا رکھی ہیں اب کنسٹرکشن شروع کرنے کا پلان ہے۔ کیا انہی دیواروں پر کنسٹرکشن کر لی جائے یا ان اینٹوں کو نکال کر دوبارہ سے بنائی جائیں

جواب:-
پرانے مالک نے اپنی سوچ سمجھ اور ضرورت کے مطابق بنیاد تیار کروائی ہو گی۔ شاید اس ارادے سے بنوائی ہو کہ خالی پلاٹ سمجھ کر کوئی قبضہ نہ کر لے۔ اس سے بچنے کے لئے اپنے بجٹ کے مطابق ہلکی کوالٹی کی اینٹیں لگا کر جگاڑ لگا لیا ہو۔۔
یا پرانی سوچ کے مطابق کہ بنیاد کی اینٹیں تو زمین میں دب جانی ہیں یہاں اول اینٹ لگا کر ضائع کیوں کریں۔۔ انہوں نے کم تر کوالٹی کی اینٹیں لگائی ہوں۔
شاید نیچے پتھر کی تہہ ڈالی ہی نہ ہو اور سیدھا اینٹیں لگا کر دیواریں اٹھا دی ہوں۔

اب اس پلاٹ کے مالک آپ ہیں۔۔ آپ کی اپنی سوچ پسند اور وسائل ہیں۔ پلاٹ پر اپنی مرضی کے مطابق نقشہ بنوائیں۔۔ اس نقشے کے مطابق پرانی بنیاد کو اکھاڑ کر نئی اور مضبوط بنیاد تیار کروائیں اور پھر اس پر گھر کی تعمیر کریں۔ نکلنے والی اینٹیں اگر اچھی کوالٹی کی ہیں تو دوبارہ کام آ جائیں گی۔

گھر کی ملٹی سٹوری کنسٹرکشن کے لوڈ کے مطابق بنیاد کو اتنا ہی مضبوط ہونا چاہیئے۔ ورنہ کچھ عرصہ بعد بلڈنگ کو نقصان پہنچ سکتا ہے۔
