Easy Apple Pancakes 🍎🥧
A delicious twist on classic pancakes, perfect for a sweet breakfast or brunch!
Ingredients:
* All-purpose flour 🌾-1 cup
* Milk 🥛-1 cup
* Egg 🥚 -1 large
* Baking powder✨ -2 tsp
* Sugar 🍚- 2 tbsp
* Salt 🧂a pinch
* Apple 🍎🥧 -1/2, peeled, cored, and finely diced
* Cinnamon ✨ - 1/2 tsp (optional)
* Butter 🧈 or oil 🌻 - for cooking
* Maple syrup🍁 or whipped cream - for serving (optional)
Instructions:
1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl🥣, whisk together the flour 🌾, baking powder ✨,Sugar🍚 and salt🧂
2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk 🥛 and egg 🥚.
3. Combine: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. A few lumps are okay!
4. Add Apple: Gently fold in the finely diced apple 🍎 and cinnamon✨(if using). 5. Cook: Heat a lightly buttered🧈 or oiled🌻 griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat 🔥.
6. Pour Batter: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot surface.
7. Flip: Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges look set. Flip carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
8. Serve: Serve warm with maple syrup🍁 whipped cream, or your favorite toppings!
