Nasz projekt wielofunkcyjnej modułowej przestrzeni (opracowany dla Muzeum Architektury w 2015 roku) może stanąć na osiedlu Widok.

Lake Rusałka is one of the most popular summer destinations for the inhabitants of Poznan. The lake and the adjacent forest are stretched in a very large area. There is a walking and cycling trail around the lake. The centre of activity is the beach area with a separate bathing area, a bridge and year-round infrastructure. Users and administrators pointed to the lack of seating - especially for larger groups - of space conducive to activation or encouragement of creative activity, as a biggest issue of this space. The participants of the workshop fulfilled these requests by creating a 11 meter bench - a ribbon - compiled from 9 modules. The young designers put the bench on the left side of the bridge - this part of the bathhouse - which is separated from the lake by tall grass - is less popular than the sandy part of the beach, making it ideal for build some larger beach for whole groups or families. Thanks to the irregularly changing height, the furniture is comfortable for users of all ages. A wonderful view of the lake is available from higher seats and the curving form of the bench favors the integration of a wider audience.

We still remember about those amazing workshops with great students and fabulous results.

It was a real pleasure to be a part of such an amazing event. We really believe that this is a true education!

Thank you Mood for wood and thanks to all participants.

It was a hard day and a hard night, but minutes before a storm we managed to finish our workshops with a final presentations ‼️

This was amazing week and a great adventure. For us the most important was sharing. Sharing interest, experience, knowledge, sharing our skills with people who needed our help and commitment, sharing a design with Poznan.
In next couple of days we will show you amazing pictures from every location (The Porta Posnania, Jezioro Rusałka, Plaża Miejska Poznań na Szelągu/The City Beach Poznan in Szeląg, Przystań w Starym Porcie Poznań, Posir Basen Chwiałkowskiego). Results of this edition are just stunning to us, students did a great job. Every piece is useful, beautiful and unique. Thanks to all participants and tutors for their hard work!🔨🔨🔨
