Sharqawi Factory is pleased to announce that we have recently been awarded Four Seasons Hotel Project - Jeddah.

On a plot area of 18,812 square meters, the iconic building is located in an idyllic spot on the corner of Sari Street and Abdulrahman Fakieh Street. It lies within the Al-Shate’e area in Jeddah. The 137-meter high hotel resembles twin gateways on top of a podium. Its height, multifaceted elevations, and angled massing make the design unique and distinguished.

Sharqawi Factory is pleased to announce that we have recently been awarded Aqua Raffles Project.

The site is located on the Jeddah Corniche and comprises of high-end serviced apartments and Raffles operated hotel development on RC podium containing development parking and associated retail development. The Project comprises of 20-floor hotel tower catering for 180 units and a 45 floor serviced residence tower of 188 units. The podium contains 10 floors, which will include Car parking, ancillary facilities such as Spas, Gyms, Pool Deck, Terrace, retail, and supporting services.
