📣ভূমিকম্প হলে—

দৌড়াবেন না!
সিঁড়িতে যাবেন না!
বারান্দায় যাবেন না!

যেখানে আছেন, সেখানেই আশ্রয় নিন:

✔ বিছানায় থাকলে → খাটের নিচে
✔ ড্রয়িং/ডাইনিং → মজবুত টেবিলের নিচে
✔ আশ্রয় না পেলে → দেয়ালের কোণে বসে মাথা ঢেকে রাখুন
✔ বারান্দা এড়িয়ে চলুন
✔ বাথরুম নিরাপদ হতে পারে — বালতি দিয়ে মাথা ঢেকে বসুন
✔ হেলমেট/বালতি/ব্যাগ → মাথায় রাখুন

✨১ম–২য় তলায় থাকলে কম্পন শুরু হলেই—

1️⃣ দরজা খুলে রাখুন
2️⃣ ১৫–২০ সেকেন্ডের মধ্যে নিচে নেমে রাস্তায় যান
3️⃣ বিল্ডিংয়ের পাশে দাঁড়াবেন না → ১০০ ফুট দূরে যান
4️⃣ সম্ভব হলে খোলা মাঠে যান।

🏠 ৩ তলায় যারা থাকেন—
৩ তলা মাঝামাঝি তলা হওয়ায় কম্পন চলাকালীন সিঁড়িতে দৌড়ানো খুবই ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ। তাই:

✔ কম্পন শুরু হলে যেখানে আছেন সেখানেই আশ্রয় নিন
✔ টেবিল/ডেস্কের নিচে মাথা ঢেকে থাকুন
✔ আশ্রয় না পেলে দেয়ালের ভেতরের কোণে বসে মাথা ঢেকে রাখুন
✔ বারান্দা, জানালা, ভারী আলমারি–ফ্রিজ থেকে দূরে থাকুন
✔ দরজা খুলে রাখুন → আটকে যাওয়ার ঝুঁকি কমবে
✔ কম্পন থামার পর পরিস্থিতি দেখে নিরাপদ হলে শান্তভাবে সিঁড়ি দিয়ে নেমে যান
✔ নিচে নামার সময় দৌড়াদৌড়ি নয়—ধীরে, সাবধানে

(নোট: ভূমিকম্প চলাকালীন ৩ তলা থেকে নেমে যাওয়া নিষেধ, কম্পন থামার পরই সিদ্ধান্ত নিন।)

🏢 উপরের তলা (৪র্থ–৭ম) যারা থাকেন—

অনেকেই ভয় পেয়ে সিঁড়ির দিকে দৌড়ান।
কিন্তু ভূমিকম্পে সবচেয়ে বেশি মৃত্যু হয় সিঁড়িতেই!
ভিড়, ধাক্কাধাক্কি, অন্ধকার…
নিচের তলা ভেঙে উপরের তলা পড়ে যেতে পারে।

তাই তারা সিঁড়িতে যাবেন না—যেখানে আছেন, সেখানেই আশ্রয় নিন।

⚠️ধ্বংসস্তূপে আটকে গেলে:

❌ চিৎকার করবেন না
✔ হুইসেল বাজান
✔ না থাকলে ৩ বার টোকা দিন (রেসকিউ সিগন্যাল)
✔ মোবাইল টর্চ অন রাখুন
✔ কথা কম বলুন—ব্যাটারি বাঁচান
✔ মুখে কাপড় দিন—ধুলো কম ঢুকবে

⛑️আজ থেকেই প্রস্তুতি নিন:

• বিছানার পাশে জুতা, হেলমেট, হুইসেল
• ভারী আলমারি/ফ্রিজ এমনভাবে রাখুন যাতে পড়ে আঘাত না লাগে
• গ্যাস সিলিন্ডার বেঁধে রাখুন
• দরজা যেন অটো-লক না হয়, চাবি কাছে রাখুন

যেসব বিল্ডিঙের স্ট্রাকচারাল মেম্বার ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে, অতি দ্রুত বিল্ডিং ভাক্যান্ট করে বিজ্ঞ প্রকৌশলীর পরামর্শ নিন।গ্যাস লাইন বা সুয়েজ লাইন চেক করুন।
ভালো থাকুন।

⚠️ কনস্ট্রাকশন সতর্কতা: ঝুঁকি কমাতে আমাদের পরামর্শ-

যেহেতু আমরা ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ অবস্থানে আছি, তাই আমাদের নির্মাণ কাজ হতে হবে সর্বোচ্চ মানের। একটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ নির্মাণ ভূমিকম্পের ঝুঁকি বহুগুণ বাড়িয়ে দেয়।

* ১. ভবনের কাঠামোগত নকশা (Structural Design): অবশ্যই বাংলাদেশ ন্যাশনাল বিল্ডিং কোড (BNBC) মেনে সঠিক ভূমিকম্প-সহনশীল (earthquake-resistant) নকশা ব্যবহার করা জরুরি।

* ২. মাটির পরীক্ষা (Soil Test): নির্মাণের আগে মাটির সঠিক ভারবহন ক্ষমতা এবং বৈশিষ্ট্য জেনে নেওয়া আবশ্যক। নরম মাটি বা ভরাট করা এলাকায় কম্পনের তীব্রতা বেশি হয়।

* ৩. গুণগত মান নিশ্চিতকরণ: রড, সিমেন্ট এবং অন্যান্য নির্মাণ সামগ্রীর গুণগত মান (Quality) নিশ্চিত করা অত্যাবশ্যক।

* ৪. পেশাদার প্রকৌশলী: একজন অভিজ্ঞ স্ট্রাকচারাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের দ্বারা স্ট্রাকচারাল ডিজাইন এবং অভিজ্ঞ প্রকৌশলীদের সমন্বয়ে গঠিত একটি দক্ষ টিমের তত্ত্বাবধানে সম্পূর্ণ নির্মাণ কাজ করানো উচিত।

💡 আপনার ও আপনার পরিবারের সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করতে, ভবনের কাঠামোগত নিরাপত্তা (Structural Safety) নিয়ে আপস করবেন না!
