Pan frying seasoned meats can be a pain because there is just so much splatter which has to be cleaned up after. Until I got the TM7!

With the manual browning mode, I can get a bit of that seared taste and the sticky caramelised chicken pieces like how I have it done in a pan.

Minus the splatter, so no extra cleaning up!

When 2 bowls are better than 1.

Inspired by the upcoming TM7 owners class, I made lasagne for dinner! For this recipe, you need to prepare the meat sauce and the bechamel sauce. So using both my mixing bowls, one for the meat and the other for the white sauce, make it a lot more convenient!

What other reasons will we need an extra bowl for?

🙌Keeping the sweet (bakes, desserts, drinks) and savoury (regular cooking) separate

🙌Cook more and faster (no need to wash, simply switch to the other bowl for the next dish and you can keep your food warm in the bowls with the insulated cover!)

🙌If you need an allergen free bowl

I have also included in this post some pics of the cookidoo recipe guided steps which shows you so clearly how to layer the lasagne. It really takes the guesswork out of cooking and baking, and that's one of the reasons why I love my Thermomix!

Couldn't help but smile at the end as I headed to my car to go home, after leaving this family in good hands with their new TM7 :)

All hands happily on deck, with excitement and anticipation from the family, now that their brand new kitchen helper has been set up and cooking together takes place!

Our youngest one here at aged 8 was in fact the main chef making the pizza dough and stir fried bee hoon! And his elder brother tried for the first time to shape the pizza dough and to put all his favourite toppings.

Grandma couldn't believe that we did not have to soak the beehoon for long, and she gave her stamp of approval 👍👍👍👍👍 when she dug into a bowl of freshly braised beehoon cooked by her lil grandson. Said it was just right! 🥰😉😄

What a lovely scene indeed and now you can understand why I can't help but smile at these lovely memories! Thank you so very much for reaching out to me, and then entrusting me with your Thermomix purchase 💖🤩
