3 Room - $1,900
4 Room - $2,600
5 Room - $3,300
We also offer overlaying of bathroom walls and floors at the following rates:
1 x bathroom - $3,000
2 x bathroom - $5,688
The first 50 customers who sign up for our package each month will enjoy this offer, which includes a free tile leveling system. Our package also includes tiles up to $3.00 per square foot at our preferred tile suppliers, such as Soon Bee Huat and Hafary. However, additional costs will be incurred for the installation of tiles above $3.00 per square foot.
We use only HDB approved cement and grouting, and our prices are all-inclusive with no hidden costs, no GST, and no extra charges. There is no minimum purchase required, and we are committed to transparency and clarity in our pricing. Unless the customer requests an additional item, we will not ask for any extra top-up.
