ision is to continually benchmark the beautiful natural styles by acquiring inspirations from Asia’s most sought after landscapes to fuse together with modern contemporary to form true works of art. His profound sense of Asian Diaspora drives the firms search for the spirit of New Asia by synthesizing the various fragments from the vastly differing Asia’s social and historical landscape.

The Building
The Synergy is a 10-storey office tower with a 5-storey podium block and basement car parking levels catered for business park activities. The building is prominently visible from the main road of Boon Lay Way.

The Synergy has a net lettable floor area of approximately 282,074 sq ft. The office spaces in this building is purpose-built with specifications catered for business activities related to data processing, IT and software development, R&D, and companies involve in high technology businesses.
