An honour we won't forget 🌱 Dr. Susianto Dr. Susianto Tseng , President of World Vegan Organisation (WVO) & Vegan Society of Indonesia (VSI), visited us last week. Even though it was a short session, we walked away with so much knowledge and renewed hope.
There are moments in this journey when the road ahead seems so arduous, and many of our fellow vegan F&B comrades are facing real challenges. But hearing from someone who has built a vegan school (Maitreyawira School Jakarta), a wellness centre, hospitals, clinics, a retreat centre, and even a vegan tower — all in Jakarta — reminded us that what we're working toward is absolutely possible 💚 Thank you, Dr. Susianto, for your time, your wisdom, and your living proof that a vegan world is within reach.
先週、大変光栄なことに、ワールド・ヴィーガン協会およびインドネシア・ヴィーガン協会の会長である、ドクター・スシアントがべじ庵にお越しくださいました。短い食事交流会でしたが、多くの知識と新たな希望を与えてくださいました。ヴィーガニズムの推進は決して簡単な道ではありません。そして今まさに多くのヴィーガン飲食業の仲間たちも様々な困難に直面しています。しかし、インドネシアにヴィーガンの学校（マイトレーヤウィラ・スクール・ジャカルタ）、ウェルネスセンター、病院、クリニック、リトリートセンター、さらにはヴィーガンタワーまで築き上げたドクター・スシアントのお話を伺い、私たちが目指しているヴィーガンの世界は必ず実現できると改めて感じました 💚 大いに励ましてくださったドクター・スシアントに心より感謝申し上げます。
