The first one, a big residence, with five suites, generous living and leisure spaces, in addition to the service dependencies.
The second, a large gallery for the owner, an art enthusiast.
The shape of the site, at first glance a complicating factor for its irregular form, guided the project. In the existing vertical gap (10 meters in total), the first action: different uses in different levels.
In the lower level, the gallery, the stereotomic volume. With the need for an air-conditioned closed space, the volume arises from the ground like a big rock, a big platform. "

To build a minimalist house with simple clean lines, uncluttered geometry, fluid, transparent spaces where the interiors and exteriors blend into each other in an attempt to keep the user constantly in touch with the outdoors.

Perth, Australia - The design emphasizes a casual entertaining lifestyle incorporating open plan living areas that assimilate the outdoor living space. Large expanses of glass and materials which extend past the building envelope allow for the integration of nature into the indoors and the blurring of the boundaries between inside and outside. Passive solar design principles orientate the home to the north and the large expanses of glass allow the deep pe*******on of winter sunlight into the interior.

Capsula by Lucie Koldova for BROKIS

Capsula pendant light is composed of two oval capsules of glass when external absorbs the internal and by permeating each other they complete compact form.
