No matter how skilled you are or how many clients you have,
if you can’t manage your Cash Flow, you’re just running a charity.
The contracting business is not a sprint to see who can hoard the most jobs; it’s a marathon of financial survival. As time goes on, your timing must be precise. Move too slowly, and you’ll fade away.
Move too fast out of greed, and you’ll crash harder than you climbed.

The Wrong Map —
Most people navigate business using a survival map: "Obey the client to make a dime." When they see us reject the wrong money, they panic.
It's not that our methods are strange; it’s just that their mental map has never led them past their own backyard.
