ผลงานการออกแบบ-ปรับปรุงบ้านพักอาศัยส่วนตัว
โดยตัวโครงสร้างบ้านเดิมมีอายุมากกว่า 30 ปี เป็นสิ่งที่ท้าทายในการทำโปรเจคนี้ เนื่องด้วยบ้านที่มีอายุค่อนข้างมาก เลยต้องทำการวางแผนการออกทุกขั้นตอนอย่างรอบด้าน โดยไม่กระทบโครงสร้างหลัก โดยที่พื้นที่ในสอยภายในบ้านหลัก ๆ จะถูกทำการปรับเปลี่ยนทั้งหมดแทบจะ 90% เพิ่มในส่วนของพื้นที่การใช้งานที่ตอบโจทย์กับยุคสมัยมากขึ้น

เดิมตัวบ้านมีแสงเข้ามาค่อนข้างน้อยจึงเป็นเหตุผลที่ทำให้คำนึงถึงเรื่องแสงที่จะเข้ามาในตัวอาคารเป็นหลัก ทำให้รู้สึกโปร่งโล่งมากขึ้น
ในหลายๆ พื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่มีการออกแบบไว้สำหรับผู้อายุ อีกด้วย

ผลงานการออกแบบ-ปรับปรุงคอนโดมิเนียม ใจกลางสุขุมวิท
การออกแบบภายในแนวคิด โมเดิร์นมินิมอล โดยที่อาศัยช่องแสงจากทางหน้าต่างเป็นตัวช่วยสร้างมิติให้กับตัวพื้นที่ โดยที่พื้นที่คอนโดคอนข้างจำกัด เลยทำการ Merge โต๊ะกินข้าวรวมกันกับตัว Island ให้ใช้งานได้หลากหลายฟังก์ชั่น โดยการเลือกใช้โทนสีเป็นการเลือกใช้โทนสีกลางๆ ที่ดูอ่อนโยน อย่างสีขาวอมเทา ตัดกับ วัสดุที่มีพื้นผิวเป็นที่ธรรมชาติ สีเบจ ตรงบริเวน Island ครัว เส้นสายทางสถาปัตยกรรมที่สะอาดตา รูปทรงเฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่ไม่ซับซ้อน และองค์ประกอบบิวท์อินที่กลมกลืน ช่วยให้พื้นที่ดูประณีตและไม่รก

This interior embraces a modern minimalist concept with a calm, sophisticated, and timeless atmosphere. A soft neutral palette of warm white, beige, and subtle wood tones creates a sense of comfort and visual harmony. Clean architectural lines, simple furniture forms, and seamless built-in elements keep the space refined and uncluttered.
