Designed as a fully underground shopping mall, the project redefines the railway station square through its integration with the urban context. The use of the top-down construction method enabled continuity during the construction process while allowing the creation of high-quality public spaces through innovative structural solutions.
The Paveletskaya Plaza Mall, for which we undertook the construction documentation phase, has a total construction area of 72,000 m² and was completed in 2021. The project stands out for its strong relationship with the city and its contemporary engineering approach.

Slava 4 is an office development located near Belorusskaya metro station in Moscow. The project is commissioned by MR Group, with Antteq as the main contractor and Pride as the designer. As Kayaalp Architecture, we are proud to have completed the project documentation phase. The development consists of three office buildings connected by an underground parking structure, with a total closed area of 143,900 m².

Tazovsky Sport Complex, named after the city of Tazovsky in Russia, was designed by Kayaalp Architects in 2015. The project covers a total area of 14,800 m² and was commissioned by Yamata Construction. Kayaalp Architects completed the Concept Design and Project Authority Approval phases within the overall project delivery.

Symphony 34 is a four-tower residential complex located in Moscow’s Savyolovsky district.
Developed by MR Group, designed by Kleinewelt Architekten, and constructed by Antteq, the project has a total area of appr oximately 170,200 m² with towers ranging from 36 to 54 floors.
Our office contributed during the permit project and working documentation stages, focusing on architectural documentation and technical coordination.

MYPRIORITY Basmanny is a residential complex located in the historic center of Moscow, along the Yauza River, with a total gross floor area of 102,000 m².
The project was designed by BADR5 Architecture and developed by Granel.
Working documentation stage (Стадия Р) was carried out by Kayaalp Architects, as we contributed to the development of technical details and the realization of project-specific solutions. Designer’s vision and the architectural language is preserved while meeting all technical requirements and regulations.
