İnecik House | Residential, 2026

𝗘𝗡
Located within the quiet topography of Karaburun, İnecik House was conceived as a living environment that does not compete with nature, but rather becomes part of its rhythm. Instead of imposing a singular mass onto the steep terrain, the house unfolds through terraces and stone walls that extend naturally into the landscape.

The architectural language is shaped through the combination of massive stone surfaces, corten steel frames, and permeable wooden layers. The natural aging process of the materials becomes an integral part of the building’s character over time. Throughout the day, shifting light creates varying depths across the surfaces, while in the evening the house transforms into a calm source of light embedded within the landscape.

The sea view was approached not merely as an orientation decision, but as an experience placed at the center of everyday life. Boundaries between interior and exterior spaces were intentionally softened, allowing courtyards, terraces, semi-open areas, and water surfaces to become part of the daily living experience. In this way, the project seeks not to frame the landscape as an object to observe, but to create an atmosphere that lives together with it.

Karaburun’un topoğrafyaya karışan sessiz coğrafyasında konumlanan İnecik House, doğayla rekabet etmeyen; aksine onun ritmine eklemlenen bir yaşam kurgusu olarak ele alındı. Yapı, eğimli araziyi baskılayan tekil bir kütle olmak yerine, kotlara yayılan teraslar ve taş duvarlar aracılığıyla peyzajın doğal devamına dönüşüyor.

Projede mimari dil; masif taş yüzeyler, korten çelik çerçeveler ve geçirgen ahşap katmanlar üzerinden şekilleniyor. Malzemelerin doğal yaş alma süreci, yapının zaman içerisindeki karakterini mimarinin bir parçasına dönüştürüyor. Gün boyunca değişen ışık, yüzeylerde farklı derinlikler üretirken; akşam saatlerinde yapı, peyzajın içine yerleşmiş sakin bir ışık kaynağına dönüşüyor.

Albatros Ö House | Residential, 2026

Albatros Ö House proposes a calm living atmosphere shaped through the relationship between daylight, materiality, and spatial flow. The linear circulation gradually transforms into a more open, warm, and social living environment, while private spaces maintain a softer and more intimate character.

Natural tones, warm wood surfaces, and the changing quality of light throughout the day define the architectural atmosphere of the house. The open-plan organization strengthens the connection between living spaces, while sculptural furniture, textured surfaces, and curated artworks add an emotional layer to the interior.

Rather than pursuing an expressive sense of luxury, Albatros Ö House aims to create a timeless, quiet, and evolving living experience.

Albatros Ö Evi, gün ışığı, malzeme ve mekânsal akış ilişkisi üzerinden kurgulanan sakin bir yaşam atmosferi öneriyor. Mekân boyunca devam eden lineer kurgu; yaşam alanlarında daha geçirgen, sıcak ve sosyal bir düzene dönüşürken, özel alanlarda daha kontrollü ve mahrem bir atmosfer oluşturuyor.

Doğal tonlar, sıcak ahşap yüzeyler ve gün içerisindeki ışık değişimleri; mekânın karakterini belirleyen temel unsurlar olarak ele alındı. Açık plan organizasyonu, yaşam alanları arasındaki ilişkiyi güçlendirirken; sanat eserleri, dokulu yüzeyler ve heykelsi mobilyalar mekânın duygusal katmanını destekliyor.

Albatros Ö Evi, gösterişli bir dil yerine; zamansız, dingin ve yaşadıkça karakter kazanan bir yaşam deneyimi üretmeyi hedefliyor.

Albatros Ö House | Residential, 2026

This residential project is approached as a contemporary interior composition shaped by daylight, material continuity, and spatial flow. While accommodating multiple living scenarios within an open-plan layout, the design maintains a balanced composition where each volume preserves its own character.

The spatial organization aims to establish a seamless relationship between living areas; the lounge, dining, and kitchen are connected through a fluid transition. This continuity expands the perception of space while enhancing the overall user experience.

Material selection focuses on warm wood surfaces, natural stone textures, and soft transitional textiles. This approach creates a timeless atmosphere, allowing the interaction of light and surface to become more pronounced. Natural daylight, entering from different angles throughout the day, is treated as a key design input that reinforces the depth and layered quality of the space.

Bu konut projesi, gün ışığı, malzeme sürekliliği ve mekânsal akış üzerinden şekillenen çağdaş bir iç mekân kurgusu olarak ele alınmıştır. Tasarım, açık plan organizasyonu içerisinde farklı yaşam senaryolarını bir arada barındırırken, her hacmin kendi karakterini koruduğu dengeli bir kurgu sunar.

Mekân organizasyonunda, yaşam alanları arasında kesintisiz bir ilişki kurulması hedeflenmiş; oturma, yemek ve mutfak alanları birbirine akışkan bir biçimde bağlanmıştır. Bu süreklilik, mekânın algısını genişletirken kullanıcı deneyimini de daha bütüncül hâle getirir.

Malzeme seçiminde sıcak ahşap yüzeyler, doğal taş dokular ve yumuşak geçişli tekstil elemanları ön planda tutulmuştur. Bu yaklaşım, mekânda zamansız bir atmosfer oluştururken, ışık ile birlikte değişen yüzey etkilerini daha görünür kılar. Gün içerisinde farklı açılardan içeri giren doğal ışık, mekânın derinliğini ve katmanlı yapısını güçlendiren temel bir tasarım girdisi olarak değerlendirilmiştir.

Coffee is often described as a beverage. Yet throughout history, it has been a reason for people to come together.

Here, coffee is not an object of display, but a medium of encounter. The space is not an anonymous stop designed for rapid consumption; it is a neighborhood living room where people recognize one another, where one can stay briefly or linger, and where everyone can find their own rhythm.

For this reason, SOLEE’s spatial language is built not on spectacle, but on intimacy and calm. Warm materials, soft lighting, the contact formed around the bar, and the espresso stage positioned at the heart of the space… Each element makes human relationships visible while still allowing room for individual experience.

This balance is completed by a character that emerges naturally within the space.

We believe not only in the taste of coffee, but in the relationships it creates around it.
Because good coffee is remembered. But a good atmosphere becomes a habit.

𝗧𝗥
Kahve çoğu zaman bir içecek olarak anlatılır. Oysa kahve, tarih boyunca bir araya gelmenin bahanesi olmuştur.

Burada kahve bir gösteri nesnesi değil, bir karşılaşma aracıdır. Mekân, hızlı tüketim için tasarlanmış anonim bir durak değil; insanların birbirini tanıdığı, kısa ya da uzun süreli var olabildiği, kendi ritmini kurabildiği bir mahalle salonudur.

Bu nedenle SOLEE’nin mekân dili gösterişten çok yakınlık ve dinginlik üzerine kuruludur. Sıcak malzemeler, yumuşak ışık, bar etrafında kurulan temas ve mekânın merkezine yerleşen espresso sahnesi… Her detay, insan ilişkilerini görünür kılarken aynı zamanda bireysel deneyime de alan tanır.

Bu denge, mekânda kendiliğinden var olan bir karakterle tamamlanır.

Biz kahvenin yalnızca tadına değil, etrafında kurduğu ilişkilere inanıyoruz. Çünkü iyi kahve hatırlanır. Ama iyi bir ortam alışkanlığa dönüşür.

At BEA × DA+P Studio, the office layout was conceived not as a hierarchy of rooms, but as a sequence of relationships.
The entrance gently filters visitors into the studio, while service spaces are compactly placed along the building core.

At the center, a single large table acts both as a meeting surface and a management desk — a place where discussions replace hierarchy and ideas circulate collectively.

Around this core, the studio area accommodates the team’s daily workflow, maintaining visual continuity across the office while allowing moments of focus and collaboration.

The plan is simple, almost modest.
Yet it reflects the way we work: open, collective and constantly in dialogue.

BEA x DA+P | HQ Office, 2026

Kendi ofisini tasarlamak, bir mimarın üstlenebileceği en kişisel ve en doğrudan projelerden biridir. Çünkü bu kez tasarlanan şey yalnızca bir mekân değil, aynı zamanda bir çalışma biçimi, bir düşünme yöntemi ve bir üretim kültürüdür.

BEA × DA+P Studio, geleneksel ofis planlarının tekrarından ziyade, çalışma pratiğimizin mekânsal bir karşılığı olarak kurgulandı. Mimar ve iç mimarlardan oluşan multidisipliner bir ekip olarak her projeye mimari ve iç mimariyi birlikte ele alan bütüncül bir tasarım hikâyesiyle başlıyoruz. Bu nedenle ofis de, hiyerarşik bir organizasyonun mekânsal temsili olmak yerine, kolektif düşünmenin mümkün olduğu bir çalışma zemini olarak ele alındı.

6–8 kişilik butik bir ekip için mesele daha fazla masa yerleştirmek değil, fikirlerin nasıl üretileceğini tarif eden bir mekânsal düzen kurmaktı.

Ofisin merkezinde konumlanan tek ve büyük masa bu düşüncenin odağıdır. Bu masa bir toplantı masasıdır, bir yönetici masasıdır ve aynı zamanda stüdyonun düşünme yüzeyidir. Geleneksel anlamda bir “patron masası” bulunmaz; bunun yerine fikirlerin eşit şekilde tartışıldığı, savunulduğu ve geliştirildiği ortak bir zemin oluşur.

Bu çekirdeğin etrafında yer alan yarı-mahrem stüdyo alanı, ekip çalışma masalarını ve stajyerleri barındırır. Küçük bir malzeme kütüphanesi ise maketlerin, numunelerin ve referansların raflarda saklanan nesneler olmaktan çıkıp tasarım sürecinin aktif parçalarına dönüşmesini sağlar.

Servis mekânları yapının çekirdeğine yakın konumlanan kompakt bir ahşap hacim içinde çözülerek stüdyonun geri kalanının açık, geçirgen ve birbirine bağlı kalmasına olanak tanır. Böylece ofis, yalnızca çalışma alanlarının toplamı değil; fikirlerin dolaşabildiği, üretimin görünür olduğu ve kolektif düşünmenin mekânsal karşılığını bulan bir stüdyo ortamına dönüşür.

Zenn Motors | Massing Formation

The design began not by maximizing volume, but by deliberately refining it. Strategic setbacks strengthened the building’s relationship with the public realm, while increased transparency at ground level made the interior perceptible from the street. The horizontal band defined at the upper level was conceived not merely as a shading device, but as a unifying architectural gesture that gives the structure its character. This diagram traces not only the evolution of form, but the sequence of decisions that shaped it.
