A cosy evening shot for a food&beverage alley approach in big mixed-use project designed by

In the beginning of the project, we always do a research for the best view angles and present them to our clients for the further selection and adjustments.
Sometimes a suggestion from our clients makes the shot much better and interesting.

This is a great example of such situation, when a mediocre shot in horizontal framing, after suggestion by became one of the signature shots of the project, only by changing the ratio to vertical.

Hello, we are happy to show you our visualization works for the beatiful project designed by Öncuoğlu Architecture.

Project summary: The project is located in Izmir district, Ödemişli. The concept reflects the energy and dynamism of childhood, via the change in volume heights and colorful elements on facades.
The landscape is design to contain lots of open spaces and a big sports area.
The total area of the project is around 10000m2.

Visualization vision: Our goal was to create soft and emotional images. To reach this effect we picked up a warm palette and balanced contrasts throughout all views.
We picked horizontal compositions for some of the views, creating unusual and eye-catching perspectives.
Deliberate work was done for the materials, especially rough stone walls. This was very important for our client because they are planning to use local stones on the facades.

As we promised, here is the illustration for this fancy shopping mall project.
Late evening just after the blue hour is the best to show how facade illumination comes in play with facade materials.

First level is full of commercial spaces opening outside, which enlivens the street life.

Hello friends,
We want to show you our new non-commercial set of renderings inspired by the amazing project designed by ONG&ONG Pte Ltd.

This beautiful interior attracted us with its elegant straight lines and excellent combination of different materials such as marble, dark metal, and wood.

We couldn't resist to recreate it in 3d for honing our skills and solve challenges such as translating the city view to render, depicting this delicate light and mood.

Each project contains beautiful ideas in its details. Usually, these ideas remain unseen, not presented well enough in renderings depicting the whole building.

That's why we like creating additional close-up images exploring all those hidden details, invisible at first glance.

Partial shots, facade close-ups, different moods in a cinematic manner, these are like a desert after delicious dinner for us.
