Longboard Property Management is very proud to show our newest project. Our client wanted to add a full bathroom in his basement but we were not able to find the space for it. We were able to udaliz space from the garage to make the project work. We added a entry door from the basement to the bathroom, studded the walls, installed electric, plumbing, flooring, drywall, paint, trim, shower doors and tilled the side walls of the shower. Another happy customer!! This deck needed alot of love, but we were able to bring it back. We installed new footers, deck boards, railings and steps. We also built new front railings, added new black shutters and added new landscaping.The client also asked us to remove all the old carpet, padding tack strip and hardwood floors.
