Ghost and Wildfire, our miniature horses, and Nancy, our Bethlehem donkey, decided this weather called for a pasture party! Watching these three run and play makes a rainy day at Fleming Fields Farm a little brighter. 💜

The grass is always greener on the other side… and our goats are determined to taste-test that theory! 🐐🌱😂 Why eat what’s in your pasture when you can squeeze your nose under the fence?

An unwelcome visitor at Fleming Fields Farm… 🐻🐝

For the first time in the 3½ years since we got our bees, a bear has torn apart one of our hives. It was heartbreaking to find the damage and see what our hardworking little bees had been through.

Thankfully, Ron, our “bee whisperer,” checked things over and said the queen is okay and the hive should recover. 💛 We’re so grateful for his help and hopeful our little colony will pull through!

Never a dull moment on the farm—even if this is one adventure we could have done without! 🐝💜

🌿 Fleming Fields Farm & Lavender Shop will be closed today, Saturday, October 17, because I’m feeling under the weather and need to rest.

We are heartbroken to share that Terror In The Timber has been canceled.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Sean will be traveling out of the country for his job during the time we need to prepare for the event. Terror In The Timber takes an enormous team effort to set up, and Sean’s engineering expertise is essential to bringing the trail to life safely. Without him here, we cannot pull off the experience we had planned.

We are so sorry to everyone who was looking forward to joining us. We know this is disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for the change. All presold tickets have been refunded.
