48 years ago this furnace was installed when the home was built, about 10 years after that the air conditioner was added and had a 38 year run. Thank you to the Randall family for trusting us at Fritch Heating & Cooling, Inc. - We were able to replace this old system this week with a new Lennox Merit Line, 96% high-efficiency furnace and Lennox Merit Line high efficiency air conditioner! This one took some time to remove the old low boy style 80% furnace, but the results look great thanks to Jon and Buddy!
This new system allows for this home to be more efficient and should help reduce energy costs in the upcoming cooling and heating seasons.

What an upgrade! We were able to replace this 80% furnace from the 80’s to a new Lennox Elite 97% High Efficiency furnace!

With the winter storm approaching it is important to make sure that the intake and exhaust piping are free of any snow or ice!

Take a look at your air filter and make sure that it is in good shape and doesn't need replaced! If it looks dirty, replace it and allow your furnace to breathe easier during the cold temperatures!

We work with Ameren Illinois through the year on projects, and this on this one we were able to install a Lennox Elite Series (side discharge), Variable speed heat pump with a Lennox Elite Series, Variable speed electric air handler.

This all electric home should see a drop in their electrical usage by removing the 30+ year old equipment and installing this high efficiency system! This heat pump and air handler match are considered a low-ambient system, meaning the heat pump can provide energy efficient heat well below 32 degrees!

Having a longstanding relationship with our Lennox team allows us to provide great service for our customers.

In this case we installed an Elite Series air conditioner unit for our customer that just didn't sound right a few days after being installed. A few phone calls later and our Lennox representative agreed that we will replace the unit with a new one as opposed to exchanging parts. We were able to swap out the units and only had a few hours of interruption to the air conditioning of the home.

In a perfect world we wouldn't have to worry about equipment issues like this, but it is great to know that Lennox stands behind us in situations like this!

This week we upgraded this all electric home with a new Lennox CBK48MVT, Signature Series Air Handler and Lennox EL21KLV Signature Series low ambient air sourced heat pump. This fully variable operation system paired with our Lennox S40 smart thermostat will operate at the needed capacity based on thermostat settings and outdoor temperatures to provide the most efficient heating & cooling source for our customer year round!

This mini split heat pump will allow our longtime customer to work on crafts year round in their garage.

Mini split heat pumps are a great option for primary or supplemental heating & cooling!
