We use stinging nettle in our teas, salves, oils, and body butters! The leaves are filled with beneficial vitamins and minerals such as Calcium, Manganese, Magnesium, Iron, Potassium, Copper, and Phosphorus, as well as vitamins A, C, K, and B2!

We love using nettles for mineral deficiency, joint and muscle pain, allergies, irritated/itchy skin, acne, hair and skin health, and more!
