This week’s project: a homeowner dealing with water in the basement wanted a real solution—not just a sump pump fix.
We excavated down to the footer, removed old waterproofing debris, pressure-washed the walls, and sealed all cracks and holes. Then we installed a French drain and applied waterproofing to the exterior wall.
To finish, we added drain board and strip drain, completed the backfill, and restored the mulch—like we were never there.

Are your basement walls stained or damaged by moisture? This customer was experiencing the same issue. We first addressed the root cause by pressure washing and sealing the exterior patio rock. Then, we applied Drylok* to the interior block walls and installed an Aprilaire 100 dehumidifier. The unit was connected to an existing floor drain using a gravity drain, ensuring continuous and effective humidity control.

*Drylok Disclaimer
It is only for damp walls and will not work for water intrusion. You have to waterproof externally for that.
