We came to this garage with a lot to do, first things first we had to address the roof and a lack of attic framing. We removed 6 layers of shingles, found rot and standing water over the roof sheathing, changed it to a zip system and installed a new roof! Lots more to come !

New flagstone patios, new railings and decking, with a gate and additional staircase built, custom corner staircase going to a new fire pit area, new Volvo basement doors, waterproofing and parging in the basement, and a bunch of rock installed with new topsoil and seed /grading throughout the property!

-Basic knowledge of hand tools
-Willingness to learn

-$18-$25/Hr starting
-Paid lunch. Lunch provided.
