Toilet and shutoff valve replacement, and a rare spa failure; open circuit heating element not due to chemical damage. Most times, the enclosure falls, and allows water to contact the filament, tripping the breaker. This filament failed with an intact enclosure, allowing the spa to run without tripping the breaker. Amp draw confirms an energized circuit in the replacement element.
