Sustainability and innovation are at the heart of the Tashiro Food Service Warehouse for Las Cruces Public Schools. The project includes a rooftop photovoltaic array to reduce energy use and ten EV charging stations to support the district’s move toward a greener fleet. As part of a larger master plan, this facility lays the groundwork for future development and underscores the District’s commitment to responsible, forward-thinking infrastructure.

Fresh interior and exterior photography of the Ted Chavez Trades & Technologies Center at CNM Central New Mexico Community College captures what this project was always meant to be: a place where hands-on learning meets thoughtful design.

From light-filled lab spaces to durable, high-performance environments built for real-world training, the facility reflects the pride, precision and purpose behind today’s skilled trades. Seeing the building complete — and already serving students — is a powerful reminder of how design can support workforce development and community growth.

We’re grateful to have partnered with Architekton and CNM on a project that celebrates craftsmanship, adaptability and the future of technical education in New Mexico.
