Habitat for Humanity of Saline County Carpenter Club Build Week
We are super excited to announce our upcoming Build Week Kick-Off! If you or your company, church group, family, friends, organization or club want to be apart of this awesome week please let me know. To make this week happen we need help from everyone. We are looking for Volunteers to help frame the home, Volunteers to help do other task on the build-site, Volunteers to help on a home that is close to being painted (we hope it's ready for paint during build week) and Volunteers to bring Breakfast or Lunch to serve those who are helping on site.
Build Week Dates: Saturday,June 11th & June 13th - 17th
Start time 7:30 am and End time around 2:30 each day
What is Carpenter Club?
The home that is being built will complete Habitat's Partnership Village Neighborhood. It will be the 8th Carpenter Club Build by Habitat for Humanity of Saline County. The "Carpenter Club" is a number of individuals who directly support Habitat for Humanity by making a $25.00 donation each time a house is dedicated. We also have "Hope Builders" and these individuals donate to Habitat monthly. Hope Builders provide Habitat a stable and reliable source of funding that allows us to plan ahead. If you cannot Volunteer on-site please consider becoming a Carpenter Club or Hope Builder. You do not have to be a Carpenter Club participant or Hope Builder participant to come Volunteer.
