Exterior Metal Stair Restoration 🛠️

These stairs needed much more than a fresh coat of paint. Years of exposure had caused heavy rust, deteriorated metal, cracks in the concrete, and damage to parts of the structure.

We completed a full restoration:

🔹 Removed heavy rust and loose/failed coatings from the metal
🔹 Cleaned and prepared the concrete cracks and completed crack repairs
🔹 Fabricated and welded a new structural support post
🔹 Primed the entire prepared metal structure for corrosion protection
🔹 Applied a durable exterior finish to the metal
🔹 Finished the stair treads with an epoxy coating mixed with sand to create a durable, slip-resistant walking surface

The result: a cleaner, safer, better-protected staircase with a completely refreshed appearance — and a lot more life left in it.

Another completed project by Profi Lux All Fix ✅

This ceiling was damaged due to condensation from an HVAC duct inside the soffit. The affected area was opened, inspected, repaired, and fully restored.

Work completed:

• Opened the damaged ceiling/soffit area
• Inspected the HVAC duct and surrounding area
• Sealed accessible duct seams
• Insulated the opened duct section to help prevent future condensation
• Installed new drywall
• Completed taping, mudding, sanding
• Applied stain-blocking primer
• Finished with two coats of paint

The result: a clean, finished ceiling and the problem area properly addressed.
