Monarch season has begun in SE Michigan. Saw one fluttering in the yard yesterday. Gathered 7 eggs off some new milkweed in the garden. Need to check the established plants tomorrow when it’s not 90 degrees outside.

Monarchs have been busy this year! 3 chrysalis and 4 cats presently. I need to check the huge milkweed patch in the garden for more eggs and activity.
