Last weeks Photo of the Day Winners! 😍 📸

Well, would you LOOK at that?! 😍🤩
We’re just waiting on the fascia around the deck, but we couldn’t keep this one to ourselves!

A little old-school charm with a whole lot of new-school style! Sunrise Mission’s Admin Building is getting a fresh new look while keeping the historic character that makes downtown Alpena so special! 💙🧡
And can we talk about these colors?! 😍 Tracy and the team picked the PERFECT combination! Newport Blue siding, Red Cedar shake, and a door color that ties it all together beautifully! 👏

What do we think?! 👀

Deck the halls? Nah, we’re demoing the decks! 😎🔨
It was a day of tearing things apart at Pinebrook and Sunrise Mission! Out with the old, and getting ready for some pretty awesome transformations! 💪🏽🏡

Stay tuned… these two are getting fixed up real nice! 👀

It’s all just a bunch of Hocus Pocus 👻🎃

Not even TWO days in, and these guys are making some SERIOUS progress! 😎💪 This poor house took quite a hit from flooding… but Schuyler, Mike, and Daniel are wasting no time bringing it back to life! 🏡🔨

A whole lot of work ahead, but we’re ready to turn this house back into a HOME! ❤️👏

Is this a construction crew or the newest Coca-Cola commercial?! 🥤😎🤣

Our guys have been hard at work over at the Coca-Cola building, but apparently they found time for a little rooftop photoshoot! 📸😂

We might be biased, but that’s a pretty good-looking crew up there! 💪☀️

We don’t like picking favorites, butttt… some clients make it REALLY hard! 🤭❤️

Brand-new garage roof and gutters for one of our absolute favorites! 🤩🏠
