A quick stroll around our backyard.

We bought this home 8 yrs ago. One day I will post what a complete disaster it once was. It was neglected, overgrow & not at all landscaped. But we saw a blank canvas to “paint with plants” and we dove right in.

Since 2019 my husband and I designed & installed 85% of what you see in this video including the pond. It’s been a labor of love. We’ve learned a lot. Gardening is rewarding and sometimes humbling. We love it. Sadly we’re almost 90% done. But it will be good to sit back and enjoy. 🧑🏼‍🌾👩🏼‍🌾

Baby season! Fledglings are out in the gardens. Was so happy to discover these 3 Eastern Phoebes in the backyard today. The squirrel in the garden is Nipsey. We love her dearly. The pine warbler on the feeder greets me every morning when I come out w/ food. And the chippy well it’s a true opportunist.
