Hi Everyone! With this warmer weather coming in fast, I will be opening scheduling early this year for Mulch installations. At this time I will only be scheduling mulch as it's not quite time for planting and weeding services (I will be scheduling that come mid April!)🙂. I will be raising my prices this coming season of 2026, due to higher cost of materials, tool upkeep and living. I have been considering this with careful thought, and understand that this decision may not work for everyone.

Happy fall everyone!
With summer all done and fall in full swing, now is the time to think about putting your landscape and garden beds to sleep for the winter. It can be a busy time of year, so we are more than happy to help get that wrapped up for you so you don't have to worry about it. 🙂
Fall cleanups services include:

*All perennial pruning/cut back including ornamental grasses

I didn't take too many before/afters this week as I kind of forgot, but I was able to get a few. Lots of smaller jobs finished, lots of edging, and lots of fall pruning/trimming. Now is the time to begin fall pruning, so my schedule is filling up fast with that. I still have openings, so if you are in need of fall pruning/cutting back, weeding, even end of season mulch, and more, we can definitely help with that!
We will also be offering snow removal this winter. We will offer shoveling/blowing sidewalks, porches etc. anywhere the plowers won't/can't get to. I'm not scheduling for that quite yet (we still gotta enjoy this fall! 😁) but just putting that out there as we start to think about the winter months. 🙂

Wrapped up a very busy week, and we're off to another. Lots of edging, weeding, fabric and mulch. We'll be kicking off this coming week with a big job, spreading a whopping 20 yards of mulch! I love mulching later in the season... Maybe even a little more than spring mulch. 🤭 We've begun to start fall pruning as well. Mainly focusing on lilies, catnip, Yarrow, daisies, Iris and a few more types of perennials. I am booked out about a week but after that I will have some openings. So feel free to reach out with any questions, or inquiries.

I can't believe August is already done. This year is flying by! We've been really enjoying this cooler weather to complete some jobs and spruce up some landscape beds. I love how this black mulch (see pictures) really pulls the beds together and makes everything pop. Sometimes we need that extra pop of color this time of year while perennials start to die off for the season. I'm still taking new clients, so if you need help with any pruning (shrub and selective perennial), weeding, mulch, transplanting/dividing, feel free to reach out. We'd love to help!

It's been a pretty chaotic, yet busy couple of weeks here at Grummet W**ding and Landscape. A few bigger projects finished. It's so crazy it's already August! Speaking of August, it's about time to start trimming back some perennials. Catmint is a big one that should be cut back now to allow a second bloom yet this summer. Other perennials include Yarrow, Salvia and phlox as well as any other past blooms such as rose blooms.
This time of year can be busy so don't stress about it. Let us help with any and all Landscape/ landscape maintenance needs. ☺️
