Shared a couple more jobs done here. There are many things I can do including painting, some plumbing and some electrical fixtures as well. Just installed a new kitchen faucet too. We can talk about many things including organizational ideas and major clean up jobs too I can discuss an hourly rate for. This is a mold issue found here in this area in northern Texas. You may have this issue. This is original construction and did not build the foundation right including waterproofing. With a proper build you can virtually completely remove this issue.
