Came across this project from several years back, maybe 8 years?! Is quite the difference from the original to the new. I realized I don’t think that I ever posted it, so why not share now?! The best part about seeing this one again is that I still love the design and it still looks amazing! Sometimes a white vanity with chrome fixtures has a class and timeless look that can withstand the test of time. This was early days, so it’s not a Bertch vanity but I can certainly get one almost identical if you are looking for a bathroom like this! Fun to stumble across a past project that is simply beautiful!

This “light & bright” galley kitchen kept most of its original footprint, but we moved appliances around for better use of space & function. We gained more usable countertop surface & some ergonomic options to make things more comfortable. The cabinets are Bertch Kitchen+ Royale in white. Each cabinet was carefully selected on how the kitchen is used. Some features are chopping block, cutting board, peg drawer organizers, & glass fronts. One key ingredient that makes this kitchen shine are the new quartz countertops with full height backsplash. The color is Cremo Delicato. I was super happy to see the veining alignment from the countertop up to the splash area! This appliance package was a unique one. Notice the double drawer dishwasher, the refrigerator is counter depth 4 door with great organization options & a tall cabinet that houses the wall oven & microwave for better height access. Ames Tile installed the “sandy beach” floor tile that compliments the warm tones in the quartz & helps take my client to her happy place! Lighting updates were a must to create a bright space, so we were certain to add more ceiling light & undercabinet lighting. All switches are on dimmers, so whether it’s full sun on the beach or a cozy sunset vibe, my clients can enjoy it! The extra finishing touches that require attention to detail and careful planning that can sometimes be overlooked are the trim details. New windows were installed with a thick backsplash that we had to account for. We made sure to have the new windows blend with existing but fit to our space perfectly. We ran cabinets to ceiling (because that’s always better), but I have to say when I walk into a newly installed kitchen & see the crown is us up...it puts a huge smile on my face! I suppose it could be because that means we are almost finished, but it really does tie the entire project together! I am thankful for a contractor that always does a great job, can handle all my extra details & keeps an amazingly clean jobsite for my clients that must live in & survive this process without a kitchen while we build these beautiful spaces!

To say I was excited to design a green kitchen is an understatement! I was ecstatic that this client wanted green, earthy natural and something different than everyone else! The best part...we had so much fun creating this beautiful kitchen! Amazing clients are always the best part!

Attention to existing details, incorporating window locations and how each area is used was important to pulling this all together. We essentially opened this space up after removing the old cabinetry and being able to enjoy all of that plus the vaulted ceilings with beams was amazing to see unfold. We were certain to keep a good layout, similar to existing but added bonus of microwave off the counter and actual storage in the corner cabinets. The window seat area with cabinets on either side was a new addition to create a cozy eat-in kitchen area and storage for items not necessarily related to the kitchen. The mudroom/pantry area offers ample storage, great organization, a place to sit and of course an area to add a little decor.

The cabinets are Bertch in color Sage and the countertops are Silestone Concrete Pulse. The backsplash tile was an added bonus that complements the stonework of the fireplace in the adjacent room and adds a great textural, earthy vibe that we were going for.

The entire main level had new LVP installed. We made sure to select one that complimented the existing woodwork, beams and other wood tones in the space. All new appliances, fresh paint throughout and the addition of a light fixture over the peninsula and a cute little pendant over the window seat was a great finishing detail.

I have to admit sometimes kitchen renovations can present a challenge because you have to work with the space you are given. You must consider the work triangle, keeping plumbing and appliance locations easy, windows, doors, circulation...the whole thing! So, you should notice the great balance between windows, BUT the sink faucet could not be centered on window. As difficult as it was to accept, I still think it looks FANTASTIC!

Oooo…that’s nice! This Bertch Interlude furniture style vanity with matching framed mirror and Bertch Oasis countertop brings a lot of character and warmth to an otherwise small and boring half bath. This client knew exactly what he was after from the start. We finalized details, quoted, ordered and BOOM already installed! And to see the before and after makes it even better!

We are onto something so good! This built-in was designed around an existing fireplace and mantle with the goal of creating something that looked like it’s always been there and to bring some character to the space. I’d say we did that! We were able to keep the cabinet layout balanced with the symmetry of the windows and provide open storage for tv components and closed storage for decor that comes with less dusting. I’d say the brightness spot in this design is warming things up with the interior cabinet lighting. Who doesn’t love a cozy vibe at night! The deep, moody tone of the blue accent wall is a great contrast to the white cabinets and woodwork throughout. We definitely did something so good!

Who says a small bathroom can’t be AMAZING! It’s all the little things that mean a lot. It’s the extra details with Bertch furniture style cabinets with cute little feet. The extra storage with the tall beautiful linen cabinet and floating shelf for “pretty storage” and for bringing in a little decor into the space. Or the patterned crisp white, easy maintenance onyx shower walls with the inset ceramic tile mosaic. The high contrast with dark shower floor and bright white creating visual interest. It’s also the warm wood tones that create a cozy space and ties in with the newly updated kitchen. Or maybe it’s that we opened up the bathroom so that it’s all one area and added more lighting to really brighten it up! Oh, and why not add even more with a backlit vanity mirror! Such a great space! (KEEP SWIPING FOR BEFORE!) It truly is all the little things that mean a lot and the extra details are what makes for a perfectly designed space.

I can’t get enough and I’m still in love with this kitchen! It’s been a minute since we completed this one, but finally getting this beauty posted. This client was amazing to work with and only had a couple requests: not white cabinets and make the oak look good. I’d say this kitchen shows just that. We selected Bertch Edgewood door in color Dune. It’s a nice in between of gray and tan. A complimentary neutral to warm oak. I was certain to tie in the oak with matching floating shelves, so that this remodel didn’t feel like an add on, but perfectly paired. The LVP flooring was carefully selected so that it looks great against existing oak trim. We were able to keep the same footprint, but add some extra features: stove hood accent wall, more space by moving refrigerator location, microwave drawer, cabinet accessories, quartz tops, under cabinet lighting and much better led lighting overall.

I am overjoyed at the end result and with knowing how much my clients are enjoying their new kitchen!

Ooooo…I like it! This gorgeous master bath showcases Bertch vanity in color Dune; a soft, warm nuetral color that pairs well with Montauk quartz countertop. We selected a traditional door style and kept with the classic chrome finish that complements the rest of the home and clients personal style. The shower was finished with an Onyx shower base and a marble patterned ceramic tile that looks absolutely gorgeous. Such a fun project and a wonderful client to work with. She had her vision and I helped her pull it all together! I’d say we did a great job!
