We have been out and about all day assessing storm damages and helping as many families as we can. Unfortunately, our phone service has been very spotty in some of the areas we’ve been working in.

❤️🇺🇸 Behind every successful small business is usually someone willing to do whatever it takes.

Today, we had a call-out, which meant my husband was out there tackling a radon mitigation install all by himself. No complaints. No excuses. Just doing what needed to be done for our customer.

I decided to surprise him with lunch and a new hat I had made for my favorite Marine:

“Sgt. Newman – Semper Fidelis.”

What most people don’t see is the sacrifice behind a small family business. The long hours. The missed lunches. The weekends. The late-night calls. The crawling under houses, working in the rain, and showing up even when you’re short-handed.

But that’s who he is.

A Marine. A husband. A father. And the hardest-working man I know.

I’m incredibly proud of the little empire we’ve built together from the ground up. Every crawlspace, every radon system, every water loss, every customer we’ve helped—it all started with a dream, a lot of faith, and a man who never quits.

So here’s to my favorite Sergeant. ❤️

America isn’t perfect. No country is. But I still believe there is something special about this nation and the freedoms we are blessed to have every single day. 🇺🇸

Freedom was never free.
It was paid for by sacrifice.
By the men and women who missed birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and moments with their families so we could live ours safely.

By the soldier who never made it home.
By the veteran still carrying invisible battles.
By the military families who serve right alongside them.

Today, I honor every branch, every veteran, every active-duty service member, and every family standing behind them.

The Army.
The Navy.
The Marine Corps.
The Air Force.
The Coast Guard.
The Space Force.

As the wife of a Marine veteran, patriotism hits differently in our home. I’ve watched the sacrifice, the discipline, and the love for this country firsthand. And no matter how divided the world feels sometimes, I will always stand proud for the flag, for faith, for family, and for the people willing to defend all of it.

God first.

Omg, all of this. I was thinking today about how thankful I am for the work I do because it gives me the opportunity to speak life into people every single day. I make it very, very clear that Jesus is King. He is my heart. He is the reason behind why we do what we do.

I never want to be ashamed to speak His name out loud or give Him the glory for the blessings in my life. ❤️

People always ask how Dallas fits into some of these crawlspaces and attics and honestly… I have NO idea either 🤣

This man spends his days folded like a lawn chair, army crawling through mud, insulation, spiders, and places no full-grown human should physically fit into. Meanwhile I’d be tapping out in 30 seconds.

I truly don’t know how he does it day after day, but he does it because he genuinely cares about helping people and making homes safe again. Proud of this guy and all the hard work he puts in behind the scenes that most people never see. 🇺🇸
