Milkw**d doesn’t just raise monarch caterpillars—it kills invasive lanternflies.

Look at these beauties. The warmer winter helped some plants thrive. Old wood hydrangeas will lose blossoms over the winter because they set flower buds the previous year.

These plants are suffering because they are being suffocated by mulch. There is a right way and wrong way to apply mulch. Also this mulch is garbage. Be careful with what you are buying. We use the best quality Hemlock bark. We deliver and install as well.

The plant on the left is a two-year plant and the one on the right is this year's plant. This is why you have to get the whole root when you're w**ding. The one on the left was a little more stubborn and if I let it be next year would be even more difficult. Let's go! Keep at it!

Alert: Spotted Lanternfly Detected in New Communities in Massachusetts!

The invasive spotted lanternfly (SLF) has recently been detected in new communities in Massachusetts, according to the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR). These include Holyoke and Agawam, MA (Hampden County) and Southborough, MA (Worcester County). Previously, SLF has been confirmed in Fitchburg, Shrewsbury, Worcester, and Springfield, MA.
