An 11’ deep basement we dug last week, hit rock at 2’ deep. Also had to build a 180’ road for the driveway to the home. We got it done and the builder and homeowner were very pleased.

A complete landscape we recently done on a new construction for one of our custom home builders. From the design to the finished product which included a retaining wall. Also designed and installed an underground rainwater collection station from the gutters so that the homeowner will be able water her flowers and plants without having to worry about a expensive water bill each month. Very happy with finished product and our guys knocked this one out of the park.

Hiring ASAP for equipment operators for Skid Loaders and Mini Excavator. Need to be experienced, efficient, productive, team player and take care of equipment. ISO Operators and laborers that can Efficiently and safely operate skid loader and mini excavator. Needs to be able set grade on new homes, set grade for house pads, final grades, footing, trench for drainage, clearing and needs to a team player and pick up a shovel when the need arises. A job that we were recommended for to a land/home owner who lived in Pilot Mountain, NC. They had serious overflowing issues with their pond during heavy rains and was creating enormous amounts of erosion to their driveway and the back side of the pond dam. We went and assessed the damage and issues at hand and came up with a game plan on the best solution for their needs. Phase 1 included driveway repair, Erosion correction and future prevention, installation of a spillway and a ditch from the top of the driveway. We will be going back up to Pilot Mountain this spring to do phase 2 which will include digging all the silt out from the pond that has washed in over the years, installing a silt separation dam and basin. Will also be lining the edge of pond with stone.

Update on the Martin Project. All done but the sod which will be installed in the Spring. Grading, Drainage, Stamped Concrete Patio, Stamped Concrete Steps, Garden Terraces, Play Area with Retaining Walls, Landscape Lighting, Landscape Rock Borders and Irrigation.

A project we started this week that will be ongoing for the next couple of weeks. Regarding of the yard, new stamped concrete patio, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation, driveway extension and new sod. Gonna look great when it’s completed. Great homeowners to work with as well as a awesome 2yo son.
