What an incredible opportunity to transform this clients main floor!

TPS was contacted about helping with this remodel by providing a budget, design assitance, contractor recommendations, and overall schedule.

The remodel consisted of all new floors, cabinets, appliances, trim, doors, paint, and updating electrical and plumbing fixtures.

With the help of Total Task Services, Reiter Construction, True Comfort Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, Royal Flooring, and Raleigh Electrical Services, this project is a wrap!

Client had a vision of a “winding walkway to a fire pit” along with edging around the house. TPS helped with budget, design, and material ordering. The client did all the heavy lifting while we made a few stops during the process to offer some guidance on the install.

Perfect collaboration between client and TPS! From 2.5 hours away we were able to provide design, budget, and direction to complete this upgrade from gun case to trophy/awards display.

All demo was done by the client with some direction from TPS. Built in adjustable shelving was built and finished by TPS. Client picked up and installed.

We guided the client from a Vision to Reality with this amazing backyard transformation in 2024!

TPS provided budget, design assistance, material ordering, screeded the paver bed, laid the first row of wall, and helped finish off the final joint sand and grading.

Client demoed deck, hauled and installed all the sand, pavers, seat wall, edging, and rock!!
