The custom shower features a deep blue statement wall paired with clean white tile, built-in niches, and a frameless glass enclosure that keeps the space feeling open. We tied it all together with a marble hex floor for that classic look that never goes out of style.

Complete First Floor Transformation 🔨✨

Another stunning remodel completed by KAS Home Improvement! This project included a full renovation of approximately 1,500 sq. ft. of the first floor, bringing together modern design, high-end materials, and craftsmanship throughout.

The kitchen features custom KraftMaid cabinetry, a two-tone layout with a bold island, and beautiful Vitara Étude quartz countertops that tie everything together. The space opens seamlessly to a new Andersen A-Series 8’ sliding door wall, flooding the home with natural light and connecting the interior to the outdoor deck.

Throughout the home we installed Chelsey Plank Lumber Siesta Key Hickory flooring, giving the entire floor a warm, natural look that contrasts perfectly with the cabinetry and trim.

The bathroom was completely rebuilt with a clean modern feel, featuring Delta fixtures, a tiled tub/shower surround with a recessed niche, custom vanity cabinetry, and sleek matte black hardware.

Additional upgrades included:
• All new custom solid-core interior doors
• New baseboard and casing trim throughout
• Fresh Benjamin Moore paint across the entire floor
• Updated lighting and finishes throughout

KAS Home Improvement recently completed this full kitchen transformation in the Waldenwood subdivision of Ann Arbor, Michigan, turning a dark, dated layout into a bright and modern luxury space.

This kitchen features KraftMaid cabinetry, premium Wolf appliances, and a fully integrated Sub-Zero refrigerator for a clean, built-in aesthetic. The countertops and full-height backsplash are crafted from Étude quartz, creating a seamless, elegant visual flow throughout the kitchen and island. Shower repair completed in Stonebridge of Ann Arbor after a failed linear drain system and improper waterproofing caused major issues behind the tile. The previous installation had multiple problems that required corrective work.

To restore this shower without a full remodel, we completed a precise, minimally invasive repair:
• Removed only one course of tile to access the failure
• Salvaged and reinstalled all existing shower glass and preserved the original curb
• Removed the failing linear drain and rebuilt the base using a center-drain GoBoard shower system
• Retiled, sealed, and properly integrated all waterproofing transitions
• Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Ann Arbor repaired several additional plumbing issues left by the prior contractor

A clean, durable, leak-free repair—done right for long-term performance in this Ann Arbor home.
