This custom-built pressure-treated deck was designed and constructed to provide safe, convenient access to an above-ground pool. The project included installing support posts, framing, decking, railings, and a centered staircase for easy entry and exit. The finished deck not only improves functionality but also adds value and a great gathering space for family and friends to enjoy all summer long.

This project restored an original Sedgwick dumbwaiter and turned it into a unique display feature.

The old components—pulley wheel, ropes, weights, and wood carriage—were cleaned and refinished/replaced while keeping their aged character making the operation more smooth. The interior wood was installed to highlight its natural grain.

LED backlighting was installed around the inside edges to softly highlight the mechanism and wood details.

Glass doors were added to enclose the space, creating a clean, finished look. The result is a restored antique with modern lighting that stands out as a focal point in the room.

This church project involved a full renovation of a previously raised seating area that once contained rows of pews. The space was reconfigured and built out into two fully functioning bathrooms, improving both accessibility and usability. The remodel included the installation of durable luxury vinyl flooring throughout, along with stained wood trim to match and complement the existing interior finishes.

As part of the redesign, the original double doors were removed and relocated to create a more open and welcoming flow. In their place, a clean, cased opening was constructed, seamlessly connecting the newly updated area with the lobby. The result is a cohesive, functional space that blends modern updates with the building’s original character.

This basement remodel transformed the space into a fully finished, functional living area designed for comfort and accessibility. The sitting area features a quartz countertop and a custom drop ceiling, complemented by a custom-built entertainment bench that provides both style and storage. A recessed countertop area was constructed beneath the stairs to accommodate a wine cooler and a dedicated trash cabinet, maximizing usability in an otherwise underutilized space.

The project also included a large, fully accessible 4’ x 12’ closet, custom stair railings and balusters, and extensive recessed lighting throughout to create a bright, welcoming environment. A full bathroom was added, complete with a modern stand-up shower, delivering both convenience and a polished, contemporary finish.
