One of our dreamy weddings from this past weekend! L, has a love for Lilly’s and so we had to incorporate just that! She personally came out to the flower farm with her Momma a month or two before she said I do, to finalize a couple of blooms for her day. We also added in some beautiful lisianthus to her bouquet that looked like the edges were delicately painted pink, as that seemed to catch her eye during her visit.

There is nothing better than fresh cut eucalyptus, it truly smells so refreshing! 🤍
Do you remember when we planted these back in January from seed and bumped them up into bigger growing cells? Well here is the results when we transferred them into the ground earlier in the spring. They are growing taller than me now and are producing beautiful foliage!

P.S. these are also great to dry and tuck into holiday wreaths which will be here before we know it!

Setting the scene. The Vineyard Dinner 🍇

Florals: Designed and grown by yours truly.
Foraged: The blue (berry) that you see in the arrangements was from an old Viburnum bush that I harvested from the day before on a generational horse breeding farm. Thanks to my lovely flower farmer friend in Metamora.

Location: Lakeview Hills Golf course, out in there lovely vineyard.

When: The last Saturday, in August on a beautiful summer night

Flowers seem to meet us all in different seasons. This past weekend I had the honor of allowing the flowers to show the beauty of a wonderful life that was lived. I might as well have been doing the flowers for Dolly or the Queen, as she was that and more for her family. The Matriarch. A classy, graceful soul who will forever be cherished in the hearts of all who had the chance to be in her presence. 🕊️🌸🕊️

We celebrated alongside family and friends, Brandon and I’s marriage at our reception over the weekend! And yes of course I did our flowers, and they were so charming if I do say so myself! 💛🤠
