I was asked to service a gutter guard install from a few years ago. The customer did not feel the previous installer did a good job. After taking a look I found a few surprises. Large gaps between panels and everywhere else where leaves and debris could easily get into the gutter causing clogs and other problems with the system over time. So I butted the panels tight, added drip edge extension so water couldn’t get behind the gutter, wiped the inside clean, added proper pitch to the filter panel so it can self clean as best as possible, and finally re-pitched the gutter for water flow to the outlet. It really comes down to caring about the customer and making sure they get what they pay for as well as loving my work. I offer free estimates on micro mesh gutter guards and seamless gutters.
