LVP flooring is such an amazing product,. Sometimes working with older homes means there could be asbestos glue in old linoleum, which could mean costly abatement. If the linoleum is intact, you can actually go right over the existing linoleum floors. You can actually do this with any intact linoleum, saving time and money. The linoleum also provides an additional moisture barrier. Win win for both contractor and client!
