We reinforced the structure by installing new floor joists alongside the existing ones, restoring the strength and support the floor needed. Now everything is solid, level, and built to last. 💪

Another full transformation in the books. 💪

This bathroom was completely reworked and converted into a wheelchair accessible, curbless shower system — built for safety, strength, and long-term reliability.

Here’s what went into it:

🔨 Removed existing tub/shower and fully demo’d the space
🔨 Reinforced the floor structure for proper support
🔨 Reinforced walls for durability and future grab bar installation
🔨 Widened the doorway for wheelchair accessibility
🔨 Relocated the shower valve to just inside the entry for safer operation
🔨 Built a fully curbless, walk-in shower with proper slope and center drain
🔨 Installed new tile walls and mosaic shower floor

No step-over curb. No obstacles. Just a clean, open, accessible design that functions as good as it looks.

Out with the rot. In with a rock-solid floor. 💪

This bedroom had major structural failure — the entire floor system had rotted from underneath. We didn’t just cover it up… we tore it all the way down to the ground and rebuilt it right.

🔨 Removed damaged subfloor and joists
🔨 Installed brand new joists — upgraded from 24” centers to 16” centers for a much stronger floor system
🔨 New subfloor installed
🔨 Finished with beautiful laminate flooring

Now this room isn’t just good-looking — it’s structurally sound and built to last.
