Deck addition West Everett, Wa. 400 sq ft, second story terraced deck. This deck was a challange to design and permit, with some added engineering help. Apex PVC decking, Crystalite Infinity glass rail. Trex Rain Escapes in-deck waterproofing system allowed for a tung-and-groove cedar soffit finish underneath and added dry and usable space below the deck. Chamfered corner concrete columns from footings, there are some really big footing down there. Wrap finished support posts, and custom stainless steel gutters. Much effort went into this deck, lots of details, but so deserving of the added panoramic view of Port Gardner! We also re-covered the side porch to match the main deck and added some cable rail for safety. Proud to be supplied by Cascade Lumber!

New construction. South Central Camano Island deck! 650 sq ft. Timbertech by Azek PVC decking and trims. Timbertech lighting in stairs. Skirted with Hardisoffit.

Beach access stairs, Southwest Camano Island. This was a huge project! Design-build. This project took a couple years to design, engineer and permit, all done in-house. 480 lineal feet of stairway and elevated walkway replacing a very old structure. I am very please with not only the result, but with the guys I was able to work with to complete this amazing, and very challenging project with! Jose, Ian, and Cameron, thank you for all your hard work and dedication. 13 weeks, on schedule, on budget. It was brutal at times, but rewarding in the end! Proud to have this project supplied by Cascade Lumber!

This deck was built last November, completed early December. Timber Teck Azek decking, Camo Fastening System. Custom rail by others.

Snohomish, WA. 1000sq ft deck mostly complete last summer. Final touches done today. Sylvanix composite decking over Trex Rain-Escapes waterproofing system, Fortress Al 13 Home Edition aluminum rail system. Camo hidden fastener system and Cortex plugs on trim. Lots and lots of stairs. All supplied by Cascade Lumber! General Contractor, Bacari Homes.

Just installed this system on a large second story deck. Good solution if you want to have a dry space under your deck for storage or recreation!
