Sacred Movement is happening 🌿

Over the years, I’ve learned that our bodies hold so much, grief, joy, tension, truth, and even the things we don’t yet have words for. And sometimes… talking isn’t enough.

This is a space to move it.
To release.
To reconnect.
To return to yourself.

This 3-week experience is for those who feel called to tap into their body deeply, embrace pleasure, and be supported in a space that is intentional, grounded, and real.

We’ll explore:
• stretching and guided movement
• sacred body adornment
• complimentary herbal tea
• body mapping & reflective writing

Wednesdays: May 13, 20, 27

Throwback to Women’s History Month 2025 ✨🌿

Last year’s She Heals gathering was everything!

So grateful for the women who showed up and helped co create such a sacred space. From deep conversations to laughter, tears, music, movement, and play… we shared something special & real!

Thank you to and for your offerings and presence.

Gratitude to .nichols51 for leading such a powerful qigong experience, and for guiding us through meditation.

To every woman who participated… thank you for your openness, vulnerability, and energy 🤍

Reflecting on this moment reminds me how important it is to intentionally create spaces for healing, pleasure, connection, and joy.

Over the years, I’ve had the honor of holding space for people from all walks of life and what I’ve learned is this: it doesn’t matter how much money, fame, status, or success someone has… we ALL need someone to lean on.

Someone to see us as we are.
Someone to listen without judgement.
Someone to be present & hold space in a way that feels sacred and real.

The grief. The uncertainty. The fear. The vulnerability. And also the joy, innovation, and pleasure that comes from being supported.

I’ve needed this too… STILL and always!

Having a space where truth is welcomed no matter how messy, embarrassing, or uncomfortable is life changing.
