This is a project we just completed so happy to be down town giving the town a face lift.

Man, do I love a gorgeous downtown glow up.

This building rehab is even more special, because Erik and Matthew have done practically all the work themselves, one weekend or late night at a time. These projects don't happen overnight (but man, when you wake up and see the "after", it sure is nice!)

(Please note that not only has this building been beautifully repainted by , but those shutters are gone, to let the light pour in from those stunning windows. Please zoom in to all the incredibly painted detail work!
I am looking for the picture of Matthew hanging out of the window to remove said shutters.)

A historical home we are just wrapping up all pressure washed and painted. The front patio is like night and day after a good cleaning.

Been working hard giving this historical home in Ashland a fresh coat of paint. We aren’t quite done yet but it is coming along and looking great!
