As we are all digging out, please dig out your vents! ❄️🪏

Wolfe’s Den is (mostly) dug out. Like everyone, we had dig ourselves out, help our neighbors, and wait for the plows (or, in one Wolfe brother’s case, snowblow an actual street) to clear streets to get to the van. We were able to begin responding to calls yesterday. Please be patient, as we had A LOT of calls come in during the blizzard.

We hope everyone is safe and warm as possible.

And please, as you’re digging out, be sure to dig out your vents! 🪏❄️

Following the recent tragedy in Eastham, MA, we want to remind everyone that ice conditions can change quickly and without warning. What looks solid may not be safe.

❄️ Remember:
• Ice thickness is rarely consistent.
• Moving water, tides, and temperature changes weaken ice.
• Snow can insulate and hide thin spots.
• No ice is 100% safe

If someone falls through the ice:
📞 Call 911 immediately.
⚠️ Do not go onto the ice, you could become a victim too.

Please use caution around any frozen waterways and share this reminder with others.

We extend our deepest sympathies to the Eastham community.

The forecast keeps changing, but we know something is coming... and it's bringing frigid temps. Protect yourself and your pipes!

With extremely cold temperatures forecast for this weekend, it's important to take steps to prevent the pipes in your home from freezing.

Happy snow day! Colder temps are coming, too! 🥶🌡️

If you have a delivery scheduled, please be kind to your oil delivery people and make sure a pathway to your fill pipe is cleared and sanded.

If you have outside oil lines, try to make sure that any snow and ice are shaken off the line, to help prevent freezing. Bonus if your lines are insulated!

Reminder: cold temps mean you burn more oil! Check your gauges and be sure to schedule a delivery with your oil company before you run out!
