With Spring Break upon us, Constable Mark Herman’s Office wants to remind parents that it is never too early to start talking to your children about the dangers of underage drinking.

Research shows that parents are the number one reason young people decide NOT to drink. Your voice and guidance truly make a difference.

Start talking to your children about alcohol before they are exposed to it — as early as nine years old. Even if it may not seem like they are listening, they really do hear you.

Sharing for a friend who is marrying a fellow whose throat closes around felines, unfortunately.

Sharing again because I need loving homes for my sweet cats ASAP due to merging households with severe cat allergies. Our mama cat, Kit, the mostly white one- needs a temporary home (2-3 years) until Daughter goes to college and will take her. Her babies, the two boys- Chunk (mostly black) & Peanut (multi color) need forever homes. All cats are fixed, shots up to date, super loving, great with other cats, dogs, and kids. *All are indoor cats only* Please share or reach out if you’re interested!! Thank you!!
