See all the rot on the ledger board on the home? We found more under the windows! Time for new wood, new windows and a clean slate to rebuild this deck!!

We found the previous owners had not thought about the structural integrity of the deck - there was no concrete or footers on the wood holding it up!

Most of it is still salvageable!
